Step 1: Bond Detoxing Mist

Professional pre-treatment detox mist to prepare and protect the hair prior to colour/bleach/chemical service. The alkaline pH opens the cuticle layer to absorb active ingredients.

To Use

Spray onto dry hair from roots to ends (8 to 20 pumps), focusing on mid-lengths and ends where the hair is most porous. Allow to air dry for 3 to 5 minutes and proceed to colour/bleach service.

To Use

After colour has been removed using Vivid Muk Colour Lock Shampoo, apply mask from roots to ends on towel dried hair. Allow to process for 3-5 minutes, rinse off and then proceed as usual.

Bond
Hair strength and health depend on hydrogen, ionic and disulfide bonds, along with keratin peptide chains. These bonds provide strength, smoothness and elasticity but are easily damaged by styling, environmental factors and chemical treatments. Protecting and rebuilding these bonds is essential for keeping hair strong, resilient and in peak condition for clients.

Detox
Over time, impurities, product build-up and environmental toxins accumulate on the hair, leaving it dull and compromising its health. If present in the hair, impurities such as mineral build up and metals can cause unexpected and unwanted results when colouring hair. Detoxing before colouring ensures hair is clean and primed, allowing for even colour absorption and reliable, consistent results.
